Located in the Pacific Palisades, this 5,200 s.f. Spanish Colonial styled home features two stories and a full basement. An entry court was created which draws the visitor to the two story brick entry tower. Stone stairs, wrought iron railings, decorative tiles, coved ceilings, red tiled roofs and wood beamed ceilings were incorporated to give the home its early California character. The floor plan, however, is thoroughly modern, and spaces open on to each other and out to the exterior. Outdoor dining and entertaining spaces were a priority, and include terraces, a covered pergola and outdoor fireplace.
