| Situated on a hillside lot near Beverly Hills, this two story addition and interior renovation modified an existing small Spanish styled home into a large Colonial styled residence. The new entry features a columned portico with stacked slate steps and bronze lanterns. An enlarged foyer, new breakfast room, maid's quarters, master suite and large family room were incorporated into the design. The new construction added about 1,700 s.f. to the existing home for a total of 4,300 s.f.. The existing pool was renovated and a separate pool cabana was also added. The kitchen and breakfast room were featured in “Home” magazine for their special kitchen issue. |
